Partners and Resources

We are committed to authentic inclusion, social justice and racial equity and we bring this to all aspects of the practice.

As Chief Engagement Officer, McKenzie Wren works with an array of committed partners to bring the right set of skills to the work.  Following are some of her primary partners.

HTI Catalysts, led by Dr. Folami Prescott-Adams, is a collaborative network of consultants that provide facilitation and professional development to schools, youth programs, and community-based organizations.

Dr. Ariela Freedman of MavenTree Consulting does onsite consulting and coaching around program development, operation, and evaluation.

storymuse_vector_allred_drive Shannon Turner of StoryMuse provides unique strategies for personal, business, organizational, and community development through reality storytelling & theatre techniques–everywhere it is needed.

Wendy Watkins is a business coach who works with ambitious entrepreneurs who are called to do and be more with their business, but are not quite clear on how to achieve this lofty goal.

McKenzie introduced our community to the World Cafe process at a moment when we felt overwhelmed by our range of perspectives on a complex decision that we had to make. We knew we needed to hear from our diverse membership, but couldn’t figure out how to create space to honor so many different voices — and allow for real conversation rather than inviting isolated comments– without devolving into chaos.

McKenzie’s warmth and confidence enabled us to trust the process and lean into the conversation, and we emerged from a vulnerable place with a better sense of where we are and what we need.
